Hi, I am Rachel, you can call me Rach! I love marmite, my cats and nature!


Yoga is a way of life. There are many things we can learn on our mat and take into our lives to be the best versions of ourselves for us and the people around us.

I have trained and studied in India mainly, completing both my 200 hour and 300 hour* international Yoga Alliance courses there.  Further to this, I have completed many CPDs to continue to learn and grow not only in my teaching but in my practice. I have trained with wonderful and world reknown teachers such as

David Swenson, Scott Johnson, Kino Macgregor, Dylan Werner & Norman Blair.


Having studied in various styles [Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pregnancy and Children's Yoga] I am able to create and hold  safe, well rounded practices that are suitable to all walks of life, abilities and experience levels. I aim to offer all styles, to all bodies, offering options, variations, modifications, challenges and alternatives where necessary.

I hope to bring yoga to all walks of life, identifying the fundamental fact in life, that we are all connected.
