It is an inward practice helping us build

awareness, composure, contentment

and non-attachment.

We do not think about using the body to get into the pose but rather we use the pose to get into the body. We reckon when yoga is practiced with the clear intentions and attentions, it can help bring many benefits to our bodies, minds and spirits.
