About The Retreat

A specialised class to introduce and teach the importance of strength training, effective stretching and meditation for both healthy bodies and minds.

What the session will look like....

Lee from Compass Fit PT will be taking a full body HIIT session (high intensity interval training) designed to bring cardio and body weight strength training together to get you sweating and that heart rate up! Rach from Humblebee will be teaching a 20 minute yoga inspired stretch session to teach effective and safe stretching to help with rapid muscle repair and recovery after intense workouts. Closing the class with 5-10 minutes of simple gudied meditation to bring our awareness to our minds and helping to bring about more awareness. This section is to encourage a better awareness of our mental health beingjust as important as our body health!

The Teachers...

Both Rachel and Lee are highly trained in their fields and keen to teach the importance of all facets of workouts. They encourage anyone and everyone to attend their classes and offer alternatives to all levels and abilites!
