We would like to welcome you to Humblebees first retreat of 2018! We all know after the busy, cold, food filled winter months we feel the need for time to rest, recharge, re-energise and upmost detox from all those mince pies and mulled wines!!
So, we want to invite you along in starting good habits for 2018 the best we know how – Yoga and clean eating!
This detox weekend retreat will provide a sacred space for physical, mental and spiritual renewal and detoxification. Life can seem very busy, fast and stressful and we want to bring a place of rest and restoration for you. Practicing yoga twice daily, eat healthy plant based food and surrounding yourself with likeminded fellow Bees!
The combination of detox, Yoga and meditation are all natural and supportive to nourish and support the body, mind and spirit whilst providing a healthy and relaxing time from start to finish.
Massage is a perfect complement to your retreat as your mind relaxes, your body stretches and your system is cleansed.
The aim is to detoxify your muscles, relax your body with pure relaxation techniques, using uniquely tailored scented oils, all to aid your body’s recovery leaving you revitalised and refreshed.

-£95 non-refundable deposit & completed booking form online is required to secure your booking.
-Full payment needs to be made on or before 20th December 2017 via BACS. Once paid in full then funds are non-refundable.
