Anja completed The British Wheel of Yoga foundation course in 2009 with Praxis yoga school in Nottingham. Since then she hasn’t left her mat for long periods of time! She knew when she finished her foundation course that she wasn’t ready to start her yoga teacher training yet, so kept practicing and practicing until in late 2012 when she signed up to the GXT Level 3 yoga teacher training programme. Less than 18 months later she started her first class at Alrewas Village Hall with 10 of her close friends – this class is still running! She says – “The moment I opened my mouth in my first class I knew that I found exactly where I needed to be and what I needed to be doing.”
